We created our products to help you feel good and be part of your beauty ritual. If for any reason you are unhappy, we will give you a full refund within 30 days of your first purchase. No stress, no hassle  just your money back.

Returns

Return eligibility

We accept returns on items that are unused, unopened, and unaltered, returned in the same condition you received them. Once we receive your returned item, we will issue a full refund to your original method of payment.

Please note: Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns on lipsticks, pumice sticks, vitamin E sticks, other makeup products and tools, or any skincare products that have been opened or used.

How to return

Return process

  1. 1 Email us at ciaobellezas@gmail.com to let us know you’d like to return an item. Include your order number for faster processing.
  2. 2 Ship the unused, unopened item to our return address below. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
  3. 3 Once we receive and inspect the item, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method. Depending on your card issuer, the refund may take a few business days to appear.

You are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping method so your return doesn’t get lost in transit.

  1. 1 Details about your refund request and reason for return.
  2. 2 Photos of your kit(s), if applicable.
  3. 3 Your order number.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout. The transaction will appear on your statement within a number of days depending on your card issuer’s policies.


Damaged products

Received a damaged item?

If your order arrives damaged, we will send you a replacement at no additional cost to you. We want every experience with Ciao Bellezas to feel wonderful — and we’ll make it right, fast.

  1. 1 Email us at ciaobellezas@gmail.com with details about the damaged product and your order number.
  2. 2 Attach photos of the damaged item so we can document and resolve the issue.
  3. 3 Once we receive your email and photos, we will ship a replacement to you at no cost.
