We show up. We share. We connect. We are not clinicians.
Ciao Bellezas was built by someone on a real journey, not someone who has arrived. Everything we share comes from a place of lived experience, genuine care, and a belief that beauty and wellness are deeply connected. But care and connection are not the same as clinical support, and we want to be honest with you about that.
A participant brand, not a clinical one
Ciao Bellezas is a holistic beauty and wellness brand founded by Raquel, a woman navigating her own journey with anxiety, depression, and the lifelong work of feeling at home in her own skin. Ciao Bellezas was created because that journey is real, it is ongoing, and it deserves a community.
We are a participant brand. That means our founder shares her real lived experience, not as an expert, not as someone who has it all figured out, but as someone walking the same path alongside you. We believe in the power of shared stories, intentional self-care, and community as a form of healing. What we are not is a clinical practice, a therapy service, a medical provider, or a mental health treatment program of any kind.
What our content is and what it is not
All content published by Ciao Bellezas, including but not limited to product descriptions, blog posts on the Bellezas Beauty Bite, episodes of the Beauty and the Byte podcast, founder video scripts, social media posts, email newsletters, and community content, is created for informational, inspirational, and community-building purposes only.
Our content is not intended to:
- Diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any physical or mental health condition
- Replace or substitute for the advice of a licensed medical doctor, therapist, psychologist, psychiatrist, dermatologist, or any other qualified healthcare professional
- Serve as a crisis intervention resource or emergency mental health service
- Constitute a therapeutic relationship between Ciao Bellezas, its founder, or its community and any individual user
Any wellness practices, self-care rituals, nutritional perspectives, or mental health reflections shared on this platform are based on personal experience and general wellness education. They are shared as one person’s journey, not as prescriptions or clinical recommendations.
The Holistic Glow Philosophy
At the heart of Ciao Bellezas is the belief that beauty is not skin deep. It is connected to every dimension of how we care for ourselves. Our Holistic Glow Philosophy recognizes six interconnected pillars of whole-person wellbeing:
Content touching any of these pillars is shared in the spirit of community and self-discovery. It is not clinical guidance. We encourage everyone in our community to work with qualified professionals for support in any of these areas, and to use our content as a complement to, never a replacement for, professional care.
About personal disclosures
Our founder openly shares her personal experience with anxiety, depression, and the ongoing journey of self-acceptance. These disclosures are made in the spirit of authenticity and community, to show that the person behind this brand is walking the same road, not standing apart from it.
Personal disclosures shared by the founder are her own lived experiences and are not intended as clinical commentary, professional mental health guidance, or a suggestion that skincare or wellness products resolve mental health conditions. Beauty rituals and intentional self-care can be powerful acts of self-love. They are one part of a whole-person approach to wellbeing.
